The purpose of the charette will be to engage potential business, industry and institutional partners in the exploration of collaboration opportunities associated with the SOM’s focus areas which include artificial intelligence, machine learning, genomics and regenerative medicine. The charette will also explore collaboration opportunities associated with SOM’s unique clinical trial consortium as well as potential incubator and entrepreneurship initiatives at TCU.

The desired outcome will be the identification of potential partnerships that could benefit from SOM’s initiatives and how such partnerships could led to innovation in the Medical District. Understanding this potential will help shape the physical environment needed to make the Near Southside Medical District a center of excellence and innovation.

The charette will take place over two days as follows.
